Deposit Policy

You'll be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The refund may take upto 5 working days to be back into your account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.

For bookings during peak periods, long week-ends or special event periods we require 7 days notice of cancellation, for all other bookings we require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
In the event of insufficient notice being given, or failure to arrive, please note that you accept liability up to the value of the entire tariff, if we are unable to re-let your allocated room.

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
